This episode follows three separate stories...the A-story is about Electrocution when a body is discovered pinned to the "third rail" on a subway, the B-Story delves into the world of Art Forgery, and the C "runner" finds Aiden investigating a mysterious death which is discovered to be "Blue Ice"...the urban legend of "toilet water ice" falling from a plane and killing someone.
